Operationalize and Scale Models and Applications with Trusted Industrial Data

Data issues are still holding back digitalization initiatives. Experts from Forrester and Wintershall Dea explain how to break down barriers and generate meaningful ROI

Data is key to digitalization, but extracting insights and moving from pilots to production remains challenging. More than 80% of industrial companies recognize the importance of data in driving their business decisions and innovation, yet just as many - 83% - experience challenges with using data to deliver insights across the organization. Furthermore, the lack of data skills and the IT-OT separation are frequently highlighted as hindering digitalization progress.

How can industry innovation leaders overcome digital value capture challenges to realize meaningful ROI for their business? Join our panelists, leading Forrester analyst Paul Miller and Patrick von Pattay, VP Digital Portfolio and Transformation at Wintershall Dea, as they discuss how companies can make data do more - including how advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, new forms of cross-company collaboration, and making data a true operational strategic asset are supporting new digital use cases that drive agility and real business value.
